Her proficiency in customer service and sales, which she perfected as a financial planner and corporate trainer, combines with her Tri-Valley market expertise to create positive, profitable outcomes for her clients — despite the challenging nature of the Bay Area market. 

Viviana aims to ensure her clients make educated decisions that serve their personal and economic well-being. One of the ways she does this is by harnessing the power of the internet to her sellers’ benefit. Much more than merely posting your home on a popular website, Viviana uses expert marketing initiatives and the latest social media techniques to help your home sell quickly. She also analyzes the real estate market and enlists her elite team of staging professionals to maximize each property’s marketability. 

Viviana has called Pleasanton home since 2008, and buyers appreciate her in-depth knowledge of the Bay Area’s cities, towns, and neighborhoods. She moved here as a teenager and then attended St. Mary’s College of California, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration. Since she was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Viviana also has the unique advantage of being able to provide bilingual support to her clients in both English and Spanish.
